fluctuating temperature unpleasant showering
the location was ok, and early Check-in was available.
The shower was AWFUL. It kept switching between hot and cold every few seconds, every single time i used it. the fluctuating temperature made showering very unpleasant and i expected better for the price.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
poor soundproofing night noise
My experience included a couple of disappointments. The room seemed to have inadequate soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from other guests throughout the night, even though I was on a high floor. This was bothersome, especially as I was looking forward to a restful night.

bad pillow unsupportive bed
the pillows were bad. i got no support at all. i woke up with a proper back ache every morning. the bed wasn't firm enough either. it really ruined my sleep.

adequate stay
food selection colouring kit parking lot waiver form room microwave families inconvenience
the breakfast had a good food selection. the staff ensured my child was happy with a colouring kit. Parking was EASY at the next door parking lot, not difficult AT ALL.
i had to fill in a waiver form before my item could be heated. this was INCONVENIENT for me. there was no microwave in the room. this would be inconvenient for families.
